Catch up...

Much to do.

Hopped back to HK from KL today. nice ride. Some chick came over to my comfy aisle seat and said it was her seat. So they kicked me out and put me in business class. 737-300. New one with the personal movie screen - one of the biggest I have seen. Nice. Tasty lunch too. Yes - I ate the chicken. ;) Thanks for the upgrade Cathay.

Plane movie: Lost in Translation
Awesome. I think they were a little rough on Japan but hey - it is a different place but that is why I like it. What a movie though. Bill at his finest and the lead female actress was perfect. Really dug the movie. Check it out.

Spy sunglasses. Bought a pair some time ago in HK. I dig them - but then I broke them playing in the surf. Took them back to the HK store for a warranty fix. I guess HK store sends in a photo and warranty info and waits for approval from SPY corporate. No worries I thought. Been a month now. No answer. Spy - is this called customer service?

MSFT. Glad to hear the xbox is sucking wind. Makes me happy. I get on my friends for buying one but since we live in HK we only buy hacked players and copied games. So no money going to MSFT on the games around here. Anyway - the playstation rocks. Back to MSFT - looks like the Japanese market is not helping them out either. Dig the article.

Technology changes the world. Sometimes for the better. Someday countries like Iran, North Korea and Russia will have to change and technology will help make it happen. Awesome.

Back in HK. It is cold! KL, Sing and bkk were nice and warm. I needed to thaw out a bit. BTW - nice free chicken fest in BKK but not sure it will help much. Thaksin - needs to clean up his act a bit. I think that is a bigger problem than the chicken.

Another cool place to stay from the looks of it. Costa Lanta on Koh Lanta in Thailand. Looks really cool. check it out.

I think that does it. Back to reality.
